Style Hair Like Craig David
English R&B singer, Craig David burst onto the scene with his smash debut album, "Born to Do It" which spawned four Top 10 singles and made him a star in the UK as well as across the pond. Craig David has also become a style icon in the process for many men who aspire to get his look of cool confidence.
Instructions
1. Keep your hair short at the back and sides and longer on the top. Craig David's hair is slightly longer on the top, where his natural curls add unexpected texture and volume to an otherwise short style.
2. Cut your hair as short as possible if it isn't naturally curly like Craig's lovely locks. If your hair is stick straight, then keep it buzzed short (but not completely bald) to look closer to Craig's cut.
3. Create angles on the sides. Craig's hairline is angled, beginning at his temple in a straight line towards his face and then angling back toward his head where it meets with the hairline at his forehead. The hair at his forehead runs straight across.
4. Use Gel-Wax. A styling product such as Gel-Wax gives your hair body, fullness and shine as well as a loose hold that allows you to sculpt your hair the way you want.
5. Top off your hairstyle with a knitted cap. Even though he has one of the most sought-after hairstyles in music, Craig still covers it up occasionally with a knitted cap pulled down just above his eyebrows.
6. Accent your hairstyle with a cool goatee. Craig sometimes sports a hint of a five o'clock shadow, or a very thin goatee that follows the angles of his jaw line.
