Dress Like Victoria Silvstedt
Professional skier-turned-supermodel Victoria Silvstedt has come a long way from her native Sweden. Although a leg break in her teens put an end to her career as a skier, it wasn't all downhill from there. Victoria Silvstedt went on to represent her homeland in Miss World, modeled for Playboy and has hosted both TV and radio shows. By following a few fashion tips, you, too, can get Silvstedt's star style.
Instructions
1. Wear pale pastels. Victoria will often dress in pale pink, purple, blue and yellow. Light colors look feminine on Victoria, and also emphasize her year-round golden glow.
2. Opt for empire waists. Victoria wears lots of empire-waist tops and dresses. Whether they're low-cut or straight across, they're always fitted around the bust and sometimes looser around the waist and hips.
3. Get girlie in dresses. Perhaps because of her modeling background, Victoria isn't a jeans and t-shirt type of girl. She most often wears dresses in light, flirty fabrics that are either above the knee or to the floor, but rarely in between.
4. Slip into satin. Although many would consider satin a most unforgiving fabric, Victoria isn't afraid to wear a satin dress or top, which hugs her every curve.
5. Show cleavage. A former Playboy model, Victoria loves to show-off her largest assets. This works well for her current endeavors in her own lingerie line, which she launched in 2006 during London Fashion Week.
6. Keep accessories to a minimum. Victoria rarely wears bold jewelry, if any. Instead, she'll rock a dress or shirt with sequins, beads or another type of detailing that catches the eye.
7. Attend fashion shows. Victoria can be seen at shows for Baby Phat, Victoria's Secret and Fashion Rocks, where she shows off her current style and picks up tips for future outfits.
