When Anne Hathaway stepped on to the Les Miserables red carpet wearing Tom Ford gladiator sandals -- especially made in vegan-friendly materials, no less -- the Oscar winner was dropping major hints for a top summer trend.
The fierce gladiator sandal has made a resurgence on the runway (nostalgia for summer 2010?), and designers have even created evening-wear appropriate versions for new converts.
